Forward Jasurbek Rustamkhonov has joined Czech Energie Karlovy Vary U20. He will become the first ice hockey player from Uzbekistan to play in the European Junior League.

Jasurbek Rustamkhonov is 17 years old and last season he became the champion of Uzbekistan with Tashkent Select, and together with his national team he became the winner of the IIHF Asia and Oceania Ice hockey cup (U18) at home. Recall that in March, his team was preparing for the tournament through training camps at the ADIHIC training facility in Almetyevsk.
