Expanding the boundaries of hockey

A memorandum of cooperation in the field of Phygital hockey and 3×3 hockey between the Republics of Tatarstan and Uzbekistan was signed in Kazan yesterday

The meeting and signing of the agreement were held in a trilateral format. The document was developed and adopted by the Association for the Development of Ice Hockey in Islamic Countries, the Federation of Phygital Sports of Uzbekistan and the Ak Bars Hockey Club

Ak Bars was represented by the executive director of the club, Mansur Usmanov, the Uzbekistan Federation of Phygital Sports was represented by Secretary General Elbek Makhmudov, and our organization was represented by the executive director Damir Mukhametshin

The main purpose of the memorandum is to establish partnerships and form long–term, effective and mutually beneficial cooperation between the parties aimed at achieving sporting results, as well as the development and popularization of digital hockey and 3×3 hockey in the Republic of Tatarstan and Uzbekistan

The delegations also visited the training facility of Ak Bars, and after that the final match of the KHL regular championship this season at the Sports Palace
