In August, representatives of the Ice Hockey Federation of the Kyrgyz Republic took part in a joint training camp of the IIHF and the Olympic Council of Asia in Tashkent. Recall that the training camp was held in the capital of Uzbekistan from August 1 to August 7 and representatives of the ice hockey community from more than 30 countries of the world gathered for it
Four representatives from the IHFKR took part at once. Yntymak Abdykadyrov as a referee, Salamat Tynaliev as a coach of youth teams and the academy, as well as Altynai Belekova and Sher Shamshybekov as promising young ice hockey players from this country
Later, from August 7 to August 13, two more representatives of the IHFKR received extensive experience in the implementation of coaching activities. Kuzma Terentyev and Uran Tursunbekov visited South Korea to take advanced training courses
Thus, ice hockey in Kyrgyzstan is rapidly developing: from high-quality training of young athletes to the personnel’s qualification gaining
It should be noted that in May, young ice hockey players from Kyrgyzstan took part in the training camp of the ADIHIC countries in Almetyevsk, where they received invaluable experience from representatives of the Ak Bars Academy
