At the semi-annual IIHF congress, the city that will host the tournament of the Fourth Division of the World Ice Hockey Championship was announced. It will be Yerevan, and the matches in Armenia will be held from April 13 to 19, 2025.

Six countries will participate in the tournament: Iran, Kuwait, Indonesia, Malaysia, Uzbekistan and Armenia. The winner will receive a promotion to Division III B.
